Samantha Irvin is officially making her return to the wrestling scene—but not inside the WWE ring.
The former WWE ring announcer revealed on her Instagram Stories that she’ll appear at WaleMania X on April 17, 2025, in Las Vegas. This will be her first wrestling-related appearance since her sudden departure from WWE just before an episode of Monday Night Raw back in October.
Irvin shared a promo poster for the Netflix-presented event, confirming her involvement in what’s become one of the most talked-about events of WrestleMania weekend. Hosted at Brooklyn Bowl in Las Vegas, WaleMania X blends pro wrestling and hip-hop culture, with performances, live shows, and big-name guests—including Grammy-nominated rapper Wale.
This surprise announcement ends months of speculation about when and how Irvin would reenter the wrestling world. Since leaving WWE, fans have debated her future in the industry—some supportive, others critical. One fan even claimed, “She said she wanted to wrestle, then said she never said that and wanted to be a manager, and now just recently she said she wants to be a booker…”
Irvin didn’t hold back in her response, writing, “Never said I wanted to wrestle I said I wanted to Manage and Michael Hayes said I could be a good booker.” When another critic said she hadn’t earned her spot like others in WWE, she fired back again: “Bro you will never know more about that company or the business than I do. And you’ll never put in as much effort and work as I have and you’ll never learn what I’m currently learning. I’ll be back and you’ll still be tweeting about it.”
And now, with WaleMania X around the corner, Irvin is delivering on that promise.
One fan tweeted that seeing Irvin manage Ricochet in AEW would be “money.” Her response? “Can’t wait.” It’s clear she’s open to the possibilities—and her upcoming appearance could be the first step in a major new chapter.
Whether Samantha Irvin ends up as a manager, creative mind, or something totally different, WaleMania X marks her official reentry into wrestling—and fans will be watching.
