Jeff and Matt Hardy became a regular part of WWE television since appearing on NXT during the February 25th edition of NXT and made their last appearance at NXT Roadblock. Fans have been wondering if they will see the Hardys again, and now Matt Hardy hinted at them appearing on the main roster.
While speaking to SHAK Wrestling, Matt and Jeff Hardy were asked about the chances of the TNA World Tag Team Titles appearing on Raw, SmackDown, or a Premium Live Event within the next three to four months.
Matt Hardy responded by saying he believes there is a very strong possibility that it will happen before it’s all said and done, keeping the hope alive that fans will get to see them on the main roster this year, as he said, “I think there’s a very strong possibility you end up seeing that before it’s all said and done, yeah.”
The Hardy Boyz successfully retained their TNA Tag Team Titles against Fraxiom at NXT Roadblock earlier this month and had a stellar match against the NXT Tag Team Champions, making it clear they still can compete at a solid level.
Although nothing has been confirmed, Matt Hardy’s tease has created speculation that the Hardy Boyz could make a return to Raw or SmackDown soon. With WWE and TNA’s partnership growing, a major crossover featuring the Hardy Boyz could be possible.
