Mercedes Mone just hit a major milestone—and she’s not slowing down anytime soon.
The self-proclaimed CEO of AEW marked 300 days as TBS Champion this week, and she’s doing it in style. Mone, who won the title at Double or Nothing 2024 on May 26 by defeating Willow Nightingale, celebrated the moment with a simple post that said it all: “Champion”—accompanied by a pic showing her dripping in gold.
Since that win, Mercedes has been a force in the women’s division, racking up 16 successful title defenses in less than a year. Her list of challengers reads like a who’s who of AEW and beyond: “Hikaru Shida, Nyla Rose, Britt Baker, Anna Jay, Kris Statlander, Momo Watanabe, Stephanie Vaquer, and Harley Cameron,” just to name a few.
Her latest win came on the March 19 episode of AEW Dynamite, where she took out rising star Billie Starkz to keep her streak alive.
But it’s not just about one belt. During this same reign, Mercedes also picked up the NJPW Strong Women’s Championship and the RevPro British Women’s Undisputed Championship, adding more hardware to her collection and proving she’s not just dominating AEW—she’s doing it globally.
At this point, the only question is: who’s left to stop her?
