Triple H just added another honor to his legendary career. Last week, the WWE Chief Content Officer was presented with the Full Sail University Industry Icon Award in Orlando, Florida—a nod to his role in shaping NXT during its years at Full Sail Arena.
For nearly a decade, Full Sail was the home of WWE NXT, serving as the brand’s base from 2012 until the COVID-19 pandemic forced a move to the WWE Performance Center. Under Triple H’s leadership, NXT transformed into a critically acclaimed wrestling product, producing some of WWE’s biggest stars today.
Taking to Twitter, Triple H reflected on the award and his connection to Full Sail. “Last week I was honored to receive the @FullSail Industry Icon Award. Full Sail gave #WWENXT a home and helped us create industry-defining moments. Will always be proud of our connection. Thank you to President Garry Jones and congratulations to all this year’s honorees.”
From running NXT to now leading WWE’s creative vision, Triple H’s legacy in the industry continues to grow.
