Before NXT Roadblock took over The Theater at Madison Square Garden, WWE taped matches for its new LFG show.

The night kicked off with the introduction of Vic Joseph, who received a major pop from fans in attendance. WWE then confirmed that LFG matches would be taped before NXT Roadblock officially began.

The LFG Coaches—which include The Undertaker, Bully Ray, Booker T, and Mickie James—were introduced next, and every single one of them got a big ovation from the crowd.

The first match saw Zena Sterling take on Tayra-Mae Steele, and after a competitive bout, Sterling was forced to tap out.

Next up, Jasper Troy squared off against Shiloh Hill, and the crowd got into it as Troy picked up the win with a Bossman Slam.

With WWE putting serious focus on LFG, it’s clear that the company is building toward something big with its new talent.
