Jade Cargill’s return at Elimination Chamber had WWE fans talking, but behind the scenes, some talent still have issues with how her absence was handled.

According to Fightful Select, frustration began when Cargill requested time off during WWE’s holiday tour, which was reportedly mandatory for talent. Not long after, she was pulled from TV, leading to speculation about whether she was actually injured or simply sitting out after not getting the time off she wanted.

Some wrestlers privately doubted the severity of her injury, which is why reports emerged questioning whether she was even hurt at all. However, WWE officials confirmed to that Cargill was injured and was actually willing to return much earlier. The company chose to keep her out longer, ensuring she was fully cleared before making her comeback. In the meantime, she spent additional time training at the WWE Performance Center.

Despite WWE’s official stance, the situation left some locker room members skeptical, and with Cargill’s “demanding respect” promo stirring things up again, it’s clear she has more than just in-ring competition to navigate.
