WWE is set to launch its newest brand, WWE Evolve, with the debut episode airing on March 5, 2025. Designed as a developmental showcase, Evolve provides a platform for up-and-coming wrestlers to gain TV-style experience before making the leap to WWE NXT and, eventually, the main roster.

The name pays homage to the original Evolve Wrestling, a promotion once led by Gabe Sapolsky, who is now involved in shaping this new WWE version. WWE Hall of Famer and Senior VP of Talent Development Creative, Shawn Michaels, emphasized the importance of the show in identifying and refining future superstars, stating:

“This is something that, as we continue to look at the future health of WWE talent, it’s incumbent on us to find the best and the brightest out there, train them at the Performance Center in Orlando, and take WWE into the future.”

With an intriguing roster featuring former NFL and college football athletes alongside independent wrestling standouts, WWE Evolve is set to introduce fresh faces and create new opportunities.
