Rhea Ripley Calls Out WWE Over Lackluster Hype Video for 3/3 Raw Title Match

Rhea Ripley has been the Women’s World Champion for almost two months now and she is set to defend her title on the March 3rd edition of RAW. Ahead of the show, Ripley called out WWE over a very lackluster hype video for the title match.

WWE took to Twitter and promoted the Women’s World Championship match on this week’s Raw, showing the buildup between Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley. They shared a video playlist recapping their rivalry and encouraged fans to watch before the big match.

Rhea Ripley took to Twitter and responded to the video, making it clear that she was frustrated that the video didn’t show the full history between her and Iyo Sky. She felt their rivalry was much bigger than what was included, saying, “There is literally SO much more history between us than just this short ass clip.”

The video in question skimped over a lot of details from Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky’s feud, as the two have a history that dates back to their time in NXT. Therefore, it’s no surprise she was not happy about how WWE didn’t provide a lot of details ahead of the Women’s World Title match on Raw this week.

Ripley’s response got fans talking, with many agreeing that WWE should have shown more of her rivalry with Iyo Sky. Since she has been a dominant champion, it makes sense that she wants fans to know their full history. Nevertheless, we’ll have to see how Iyo Sky fares against The Eradicator on RAW this week.
