Steph De Lander isn’t one to let misinformation slide. After openly discussing her breast reduction surgery, she found herself correcting a misunderstanding when an OnlyFans subscriber messaged her, mistakenly believing her surgery had been botched—despite not even reading the full Ringside News report.
The TNA star made the decision to undergo breast reduction surgery, spending $10,000 on the procedure due to back pain caused by her DD-size chest. Recently, she joked about her results on Twitter, writing, “Y’all ever pay 10k for a tit reduction, only for them to be the same size as they were before? Just me?????”
While the post was clearly meant to be lighthearted, one of her OnlyFans subscribers jumped to conclusions without reading the actual article. The subscriber messaged her asking, “Was your breast reduction surgery ok?” De Lander quickly reassured them, replying, “it was fine!” But the fan then responded, “Good glad to hear there are reports it was botched don’t like to hear that!”—a clear sign they only skimmed the headline instead of reading the full story.
De Lander wasted no time addressing the situation publicly. Taking to Twitter, she wrote, “Okkk @ringsidenews_ … Let me set the record straight bc this is f***** insane lmao.”* She explained why she was open about her surgery, stating, “I chose to be open about having breast reduction surgery bc there are lots of women who want to get it done but are on the fence, or have had it done & want to be able to relate to someone else who went through the same surgery; especially if it’s someone they look up to.”
She also shut down the idea that her breasts had “grown back” or that the procedure had gone wrong. “I chose to make a caption acknowledging the fact that my biddies are still larger than I was hoping they would be. They didn’t ‘grow back’ & there are no ‘botches’ … I knew u sickos would comment on it so I figured why not get ahead of the 8 ball.”
And if anyone thought she wasn’t going to use the attention to her advantage, she made sure to clear that up too. “If anyone is going to capitalise on the attention from my expensive surgery it’s me. You’re welcome for the headlines #DigitalMediaChampion.”
She wrapped up her response with a hilarious final note: “My tit job better make it into the PWI 500 & Fightful end of year awards at this rate – this saga is more over than most of y’all.”
Steph De Lander isn’t letting anyone twist the narrative—her surgery went fine, and if people are too lazy to read before reacting, that’s on them. She’s turning the whole situation into content gold, proving once again that she knows how to control the conversation. Whether it’s in the ring or online, De Lander stays undefeated.
