Marty Jannetty has had a history of getting into trouble both during and after his WWE career. His health has suffered due to substance abuse and other issues, leading to concern among fans and fellow wrestlers. In fact, there is now concern that he could be the next wrestler to pass away.
While speaking on his YouTube channel, Buff Bagwell shared his concern for Marty Jannetty’s health, saying Jannetty could be the next wrestler to pass away if he didn’t change his lifestyle.
Bagwell mentioned that Jannetty’s ankle issues were very bad and could be dangerous. Bagwell also said that getting sober is a personal choice and believes Jannetty hasn’t reached the point where he’s ready to get help yet.
“His ankles are in horrible condition, and his ankles are gonna kill him before anything, but he’s just in a horrible place. He is definitely going to be the next one to die, and I truthfully don’t know what to do. I’m remembering everything I’ve learned with Alcoholics Anonymous and getting sober is you’ve gotta wanna do it, brother, and he is not at his rock bottom. He’s not even close to his rock bottom.”
Marty Jannetty previously revealed that he suffered a medical mishap that affected his foot badly, and his condition continued to worsen as time went on. In fact, there was a legitimate risk that he would have to amputate his foot due to the infection.
Despite these concerns, Jannetty is still struggling to get the help he needs. With Bagwell’s heartfelt plea, fans and fellow wrestlers are hoping he will seek medical care and support before it’s too late.
