TNA iMPACT just got a whole lot more chaotic, and it’s all leading to one explosive showdown at TNA Sacrifice. Masha Slamovich will defend her Knockouts Championship against Cora Jade on March 14 in El Paso, Texas, and things are already personal.

During the February 20 live episode of TNA iMPACT Wrestling, Tessa Blanchard made her presence felt, but not in the way fans expected. She opened the show with a promo, fully embracing her heel persona, but when it came time for her match, she refused to compete. The crowd in Full Sail Arena wasn’t having it, erupting into chants of “she’s a racist”, making it clear how they felt about her controversial past.

Then, TNA’s Director of Authority, Santino Marella, had enough. He stormed out and put Blanchard on notice, telling her point-blank: “If you don’t wrestle next week, you’re fired.” The fans exploded with cheers, and things escalated from there.

Masha Slamovich wasted no time confronting Blanchard, making it clear she wasn’t impressed. “I hope you wrestle next week,” she said, adding that she wanted the chance to “beat and brutalize” her. The Full Sail crowd took the moment and ran with it, breaking into chants of “please don’t wrestle,” clearly wanting Blanchard gone.

Blanchard may have dodged the fight for now, but Slamovich wasn’t about to let the night go to waste. She stepped in to take on the opponent Blanchard refused to wrestle and made quick work of her. Just when it looked like things were wrapping up, Cora Jade shocked everyone by jumping into the ring and attacking Slamovich. The ambush left fans stunned, and before the dust could settle, Santino Marella made the match official—Masha Slamovich vs. Cora Jade for the Knockouts Championship at TNA Sacrifice.

Meanwhile, the crossover between TNA and NXT kept rolling. The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz & Trey Miguel) took on NXT’s Tyson Dupont and Tyriek Igwe, who had Wes Lee in their corner. With Ace Austin backing them up, The Rascalz picked up a big win, but things didn’t end there. Lee jumped in the ring and laid down a challenge for TNA Sacrifice, setting the stage for a major six-man tag showdown between TNA and NXT talent.

With TNA Sacrifice set for March 14, the event is shaping up to be a must-see night of action. With Slamovich and Jade’s title match locked in and NXT stars continuing to show up in TNA, the road to El Paso is full of surprises.

What do you think about Cora Jade stepping into the Knockouts title scene? Do you see her dethroning Masha Slamovich at TNA Sacrifice, or will the champ send her packing? Drop your thoughts below!
