TNA is now officially walking with Elijah. The former Elias made his surprise debut during the February 20 live edition of TNA iMPACT in Orlando, and now it’s been confirmed that he has signed with TNA Wrestling.
This news puts an end to speculation about Elijah’s next move, as rumors previously linked him to AEW/ROH. Fightful Select had already debunked those rumors, but now it’s clear—Elijah is all in with TNA.
His debut saw him interrupt Joe Hendry’s championship concert, where he arrived with his signature guitar and delivered a promo in song form, leading the crowd to chant “walk with Elijah” to the tune of Seven Nation Army. The segment ended with Santino Marella booking a tag team match, pairing Hendry and Elijah against The Colons.
However, the mystery isn’t over. It’s also being said that Elijah recently filmed a vignette with The Righteous, a faction still under AEW/ROH contracts, despite their lack of recent matches. What this means for his future remains unclear, but it has certainly raised eyebrows.
With Elijah now part of TNA, the company just added a major name to its roster. But what’s the deal with The Righteous connection? Let us know what you think!
