Bryan Danielson may be retired from full-time competition, but that doesn’t mean he’s staying away from AEW. The American Dragon was reportedly backstage at tonight’s AEW Dynamite tapings in Phoenix, Arizona, according to PWInsider Elite.

While it’s unclear if Danielson will actually appear on the show, this isn’t the first time he’s been spotted behind the scenes. The report notes that he has “kept a low profile during previous visits,” making his presence all the more intriguing.

Danielson has remained a major influence in AEW, even as he scales back his in-ring career. Whether he’s there for business, creative input, or something more remains to be seen—but with AEW always looking to shake things up, his presence has fans talking.
