Josh Alexander had a successful run in TNA but it came to an end recently after his contract with the company expired. While speculation about his future in wrestling runs rampant, it appears his first pro wrestling appearance after his TNA departure has been revealed.

The former TNA Wrestling star took to Twitter and revealed that he will be appearing in a meet and greet alongside Steve Maclin at the Johnny I Pro show in Toronto, Canada, on February 22nd, 2025. The event will be taking place at Stackt and fans can enter at 4 pm on that day, as Alexander said, “Saturday in TORONTO! @JohnnyiPro live show. Come out!”

It is to be noted that Alexander has been working with wrestling agent Barry Bloom, who also represents Kenny Omega and Jim Ross, to negotiate his next move. According to Sean Ross Sapp, multiple sources, including those in AEW, believe he will sign with the company if he hasn’t already, as Sapp reported, “There had been interest in the company using him last year.”

Alexander’s last TNA iMPACT! match aired on February 13, where he faced Eric Young in a farewell bout. His contract expired on February 14, making him a free agent. Fans now wait to see when he will join AEW, as that seems to be his most likely destination. After all, Alexander will likely thrive in AEW for good reason.
