WWE RAW brought their February 17 episode to the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. There was a lot that they needed to wrap up before the Elimination Chamber.
The Women’s Intercontinental Championship needed a new #1 contender, and they figured that out this week on RAW. Dakota Kai took on Ivy Nile, and they had a lot on the line.
This match went down at the end of the show’s first hour. Lyra Valkyria sat at ringside to watch it all go down, so she could get a great view of her competition.
The two competitors traded moves and there were a few near falls as well. Ivy was able to get out of a GTK from Kai, and then she latched on an ankle lock. Kai sent Nile to the apron, and then she spiked her head against the canvas with a stomp.
Dakota Kai hit her GTK finisher, and that solidified the next Women’s IC Title match. This will be a replay of the finals of the Women’s IC Title tournament, as Lyra Valkyria will defend against Kai.
