Seth Rollins has been a fixture in WWE for 14 years, stacking up world titles, Royal Rumble wins, and a Money in the Bank cash-in that remains one of the most legendary moments in company history. But while he’s still performing at a high level, Rollins knows his in-ring career won’t last forever—and he’s already thinking about what comes next.

During an interview with Bloomberg’s Kim Bhasin at Super Bowl LIX Radio Row, Rollins revealed that stepping into an executive role in WWE is something he’s seriously considering once his time in the ring is up.

“I think my long-term future is probably still in the industry, in WWE, in some capacity backstage,” Rollins said. “I think someone’s gonna have to run that place eventually, you know, after the current regime has decided that they’re done with it. So, I like to fancy myself as someone who might be interested in that, and I wanna learn that side of things. That’s my first love.”

While nothing is set in stone, Rollins confirmed that early talks have taken place about what a post-wrestling career could look like for him in WWE management.

“I mean, it’s still a ways off, obviously. I’m closer to the end of my career than the beginning, but the end ain’t here yet. I’m 38 years old. My mental and my physical are kind of locked in right now where my physical hasn’t declined too much, and my mental side is really on the rise as I’m starting to see the industry from a different angle,” Rollins explained. “I think we’re in the early stages of conversations about what it might look like for me in an executive or in a creative role or whatever that may be. But again, that’s in its infancy. That’s like a, ‘Hey, maybe what would you think down the road?’”

Right now, Rollins is still tearing it up in the ring, but he’s got his eyes on the bigger picture. He’s not just thinking about his next match—he’s thinking about what WWE looks like when he’s the one calling the shots. Whether he ends up running the show or shaking things up behind the scenes, one thing’s for sure: Seth Rollins isn’t planning to step away from WWE anytime soon.
