The Cobra Kai Season 6, Part 3 premiere was already a star-studded event, but wrestling fans got an extra surprise when former WWE star Sonya Deville and AEW’s Britt Baker showed up to celebrate the final season.
Both wrestling personalities took to Instagram to share photos from the event, confirming their presence at the Los Angeles premiere at the Egyptian Theatre on February 13.
Deville, who recently made headlines for her WWE contract expiring, looked right at home on the red carpet. Meanwhile for Baker, the premiere held even more significance—she actually had a role in Cobra Kai Season 6.
For those not aware, the AEW star played Sensei Oksana, a co-sensei of the Russian dojo Tiger Strike. Her casting in the series came after she expressed her desire to be involved with the show for years, eventually securing the role for its final chapter. Baker’s crossover into the acting world only adds to her growing resume as a top wrestling star with mainstream appeal.
While Cobra Kai fans were excited to see Ralph Macchio and William Zabka reprising their iconic roles, wrestling fans were all about Baker and Deville’s appearance at the premiere.
