Former WWE Superstar Mandy Rose is obviously known for making bold statements, and she recently made headlines for accusing Tiffany Stratton of stealing her catchphrase. With that said, she has now provided some clarification when it came to her recent remarks.

After Tiffany Stratton cashed in her Money in the Bank contract on January 3 to become the WWE Women’s Champion, she appeared on SmackDown the following week, demanding that everyone “put some respect” on her name. This led to Mandy Rose accusing Tiffany Stratton of stealing her catchphrase.

“To be honest, I wasn’t even watching it. I got so many tweets about it and I was like, ‘What is going on?’ and I saw the clip and this b***h even used the same kinda tone,” she said. I was like, hold on a second, I thought we were cool. I put her over here. Listen, we can admire each other, we can respect, we can look up to, but we can’t take our words from each other.”

Tiffany Stratton then responded to Mandy Rose’s accusation as she stated that she found it unfortunate that Rose felt the need to bring it up on her podcast. However, she wished her well despite the comments, saying, “Honestly, I think it’s a little sad that she felt the need to go on her podcast and say something like that. But I wish her the best, honestly.”

While speaking on her Power Alphas podcast, Mandy Rose clarified her recent remarks about Tiffany Stratton. She said she never insulted Stratton and had actually praised her many times before.

Rose stated that she thinks Stratton is very talented and doing great as WWE Women’s Champion, especially since she hasn’t been on the main roster for long. She also told fans to relax, denying she was jealous. In the end, Rose made it clear she has no issues with Stratton and respects her skills.

“Let’s make something clear, I never bashed Tiffany Stratton. I actually put her over weeks before about how I think she’s an amazing talent. I think she’s definitely going places. And look at her, she’s the champion within, you know; she’s only been up on the main roster probably less than two years.

Like, I’ve always commended and highly complimented her. So, people were just going nuts, like, ‘Oh my God, you’re just jealous!’ You’re this, you’re that. She’s done more.’ And I’m like, ‘Guys, calm down first of all.’ But kudos to Tiffany Stratton, okay, because I think she’s an incredible talent and there’s no hate, trust me!”

Mandy Rose made it clear that she has no hard feelings toward Tiffany Stratton and respects her as a competitor. While the catchphrase debate led to some drama, both women seem focused on their respective careers, and it’s definitely good to know there’s no bad blood between them.

What do you think about Mandy Rose’s clarification? Do you believe Tiffany Stratton intentionally took inspiration from her catchphrase, or was it just a coincidence? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!
