Jey Uso has been part of plenty of WrestleMania moments, but none hit quite like WrestleMania XL when Lil Wayne walked him out to the ring. Despite his singles match against Jimmy Uso not getting the best reception, Lil Wayne’s surprise appearance made sure his entrance would be remembered.

Speaking with the Nightcap podcast, Jey Uso was asked to name his favorite celebrity to ever appear in WWE, and without hesitation, he gave it to Lil Wayne.

“I gotta be honest, man, Lil Wayne. Yeah, man. I love him. We listen to him. We listen to him since coming up, Carter One. Come on, man.”

But what made the moment even more special for Jey was how deep his connection to Weezy runs. “The dope part is, when I first started wrestling, me and my brother came out to ‘Go DJ.’ That was our walk-out song on the little indecent scene. Just to have him walk me out at a big WrestleMania on-stage, it’s like full-circle. Yeet.”

For Jey Uso, this was more than just a high-profile entrance—it was a childhood dream turned reality. And with WrestleMania 41 on the horizon, Jey is locked in for another shot at delivering a show-stealing moment.
