Duke Hudson may be done with WWE, but it didn’t take long for other promotions to come calling.

Fightful Select reports that PWA is interested in bringing in Hudson now that he’s officially a free agent.

“A PWA source tells us that the promotion has interest in bringing in Duke Hudson now he is a free agent,” the report stated.

Hudson, who had been a part of NXT since 2019, was quietly released in January. WWE never publicly announced his departure, and he last competed at an NXT house show in November 2024 before disappearing from TV. Fans speculated about his status, and now the truth is out—he’s moving on.

Throughout his time in WWE, Hudson went through multiple reinventions, from his early days as Brendan Vink to his run as a cocky poker player. His biggest push came as part of Chase U, where he worked alongside Andre Chase and Thea Hail. Despite his TV presence, WWE decided to move on, and now Hudson is looking toward his next step.

With PWA expressing interest, Hudson’s next move could come sooner than expected. Will he land in PWA, or should he take his talents elsewhere? Let us know in the comments!
