WrestleMania 41’s main event plans have taken another wild turn, with WWE now moving toward a triple-threat match.

According to PWInsider, the current plan is for CM Punk, Roman Reigns, and Seth Rollins to face off in the marquee match. This comes after uncertainty surrounding Reigns’ “health status” following the Royal Rumble.

On the February 3 episode of WWE RAW, Michael Cole gave a vague update on Reigns’ condition, stating he had spoken to WWE’s medical team but was only allowed to share what Reigns approved. “Roman Reigns is out of action for the foreseeable future,” Cole announced, without revealing any specifics about the nature or severity of his injury.

Reigns’ Royal Rumble elimination was already a major shock, but fans inside the arena noticed something was off as he exited through the back. Soon after, footage surfaced showing him looking dazed and confused, sparking immediate speculation. WWE has remained silent on the details, but that hasn’t stopped fans from wondering what’s really going on behind the scenes.

Meanwhile, CM Punk’s road to WrestleMania is coming full circle. After eliminating both Reigns and Rollins in the Royal Rumble match before getting tossed out by Logan Paul, Punk now finds himself in a potential blockbuster showdown against two of his biggest rivals. Given their history dating back to The Shield days, the stakes couldn’t be higher.

With Reigns sidelined after Punk got the best of him at the Royal Rumble, and Rollins delivering a brutal curb stomp to Roman after his elimination, WWE’s WrestleMania plans are evolving quickly. With so many moving parts, fans are left wondering—how will this continue to play out on television? Is another twist coming? Only time will tell.

Do you think CM Punk vs. Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins is the right call for WrestleMania 41, or should WWE have gone in a different direction? Drop your thoughts in the comments!
