Alexa Bliss is officially backstage at the WWE Royal Rumble, and after weeks of uncertainty about her future, it looks like she’s set to appear on the show.

According to PWInsider Elite, Bliss’ presence at the event “turned a ton of heads” given the contract dispute that had seemingly put her WWE return on hold. Just weeks ago, her planned comeback on the January 13 episode of Raw was scrapped after she and WWE failed to agree on a new deal.

Bliss was originally set to return in a storyline involving the Wyatt Sicks, but she and her representation pushed for a new contract with increased money and perks before making her comeback. WWE, however, wanted her to return under the terms of her existing deal, leading to a belief that she wouldn’t be returning any time soon.

Now, with Bliss reportedly at the Royal Rumble, the situation has shifted in a major way. Whether she enters the Women’s Rumble Match or has another role remains to be seen, but her being at the event makes it clear that WWE fans won’t have to wait much longer to see Little Miss Bliss back in action.

The big question now—does this mean Bliss and WWE finally reached an agreement, or is she appearing without a long-term deal in place? With her return expected, all eyes will be on what happens next.
