Asuka isn’t here for love stories—at least, not from her fans.
On January 29, she took to Twitter with a direct message: “Please don’t have romantic feelings for me. It’s meaningless—100% pointless.”
The WWE star didn’t elaborate on what prompted the tweet, but she made it clear she has no interest in fans developing any kind of romantic attachment to her. While some took it as a playful jab, others speculated she was responding to unwanted advances or obsessive fan behavior.
This isn’t the first time Asuka has clapped back at fans over online discourse. Just recently, she called out the constant focus on what she hasn’t accomplished in WWE, particularly regarding her 0-6 WrestleMania record. “Every time I achieve a victory or set a record, people desperately search for what I haven’t obtained yet and say, ‘You still don’t have this.’ That system is endless, and I’m sick of it.”
Asuka is still recovering from knee surgery and remains off WWE television, but she’s making it clear where she stands on certain fan interactions. Whether it’s wrestling debates or personal boundaries, The Empress of Tomorrow isn’t shy about setting the record straight.
What do you think of Asuka’s message? Was this just a random thought, or was she responding to something specific? Let us know in the comments!
