RUSH and Dralistico have been missing from AEW television for months, and now the reason behind their absence is starting to surface.

Earlier reports indicated that the duo was originally booked to defeat The Acclaimed at the November 14 Collision taping, setting them up for a title match at Full Gear. However, things took a turn after an in-ring incident with Richard Holliday and Alec Price.

During the match, Holliday was being checked on by a medic when RUSH and Dralistico got physical with him, an act that reportedly rubbed AEW management the wrong way. Since then, the two have not been used on AEW programming.

On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez addressed the situation, discussing whether the absence of RUSH and Dralistico is a suspension or just AEW quietly pulling them from TV.

Alvarez asked:Did RUSH and Dralistico get suspended by AEW for attacking and injuring a local a few months ago, and when should we expect them back?”

Meltzer responded: “I don’t think it was suspended, but they aren’t being used right now. So, I mean, I guess you could say.”

Alvarez added: “That is basically the way that I heard it as well.”

Meltzer continued: “I don’t think it’s an official suspension, but they’re just not being used. Dralistico, you know, I have no idea when he’s going to be back because it’s not like they were doing anything with him anyway. I mean, RUSH, you know, at some point they’ll probably bring RUSH back, but I don’t know. That LFI thing has kind of died off.”

With AEW’s Dynamite, Collision, and Rampage featuring a stacked roster, many wrestlers have found themselves sitting on the sidelines. Whether RUSH and Dralistico will make their return soon or if AEW has simply moved on remains to be seen.
