Solo Sikoa had been leading the new Bloodline for the past several months, but that may no longer be the case after his recent loss to Roman Reigns. In fact, WWE is now expected to make a major change to Solo Sikoa’s group moving forward.

According to a report by WrestleVotes on Backstage Pass, WWE is shifting away from calling Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa “The Bloodline” on TV. With Roman Reigns reclaiming his role as “The Tribal Chief,” the group would undergo a rebranding.

“In a significant storyline update, we can confirm the plan as of now, for the grouping of Solo Sikoa, Tanga Loa, and Tama Tonga is to no longer be referred to as The Bloodline. It seems as though WWE is moving away from the heels using that name as Roman’s name is now back to being Tribal Chief.”

This comes after Roman Reigns defeated Solo Sikoa in a Tribal Combat match during the January 6 WWE RAW debut on Netflix, thus leading to Reigns reclaiming the ula fala and becoming the undisputed Tribal Chief of The Bloodline.

Solo Sikoa also shocked fans during the January 17 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, as he didn’t utter a single word during the show and made his exit through the crowd, while Jacob Fatu did the talking for the faction.

Nevertheless, with WWE shifting in a new direction, fans are curious to see if Solo Sikoa will continue leading his group under a new name or if this signals a bigger change in the storyline as we head towards the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event on February 1st.
