Jesse Ventura just put any doubts to rest—he’s heading to Saturday Night’s Main Event this weekend in San Antonio, Texas. After speculation about whether he’d be on commentary, Ventura himself took to Twitter to make it clear.
“So very excited for Saturday Night’s Main Event this weekend in San Antonio. The Body returns to Texas this Saturday Night!” he wrote, letting fans know he’s ready to bring his legendary voice back to WWE.
Ventura’s status was up in the air despite previous reports that he was scheduled for every Saturday Night’s Main Event in 2025. Dave Meltzer had noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that while WWE didn’t promote Ventura on the January 20 episode of RAW, he was still expected to be part of the show. “
He was told he’s on all the shows in 2025, so if he’s off, it’s a detail within the last week and a half. They didn’t push him (on Raw), but he was told he was on every show.”
Now, straight from Ventura himself, there’s no more mystery. Fans can expect “The Body” to be calling the action this Saturday, and if WWE keeps him in the mix all year, this could be just the start of another run behind the booth.
Jesse Ventura isn’t leaving fans guessing—he’s making his way to Saturday Night’s Main Event in Texas, and he’s bringing his unmistakable voice with him. Whether this is just another night at the booth or the start of something bigger, one thing is for sure—when “The Body” is on commentary, things are never boring.
