Social media has its good and bad sides. It helps fans connect with their favorite wrestlers, but it also attracts hackers who try to impersonate them. Unfortunately, Lash Legend is the latest victim, as she revealed that her Instagram account was hacked.
The NXT Superstar took to Twitter and let her fans know that her Instagram account was hacked. She said she had no access to it and was not responsible for anything abnormal happening there and added that WWE was working to fix the issue. She also warned people not to be fooled or buy anything from the hacked account.
“Good Morning!! Just wanted to announce, whatever abnormal activity is going on my INSTAGRAM currently is because I got HACKED!!! I have absolutely no access to it and whatever is going. AGAIN, THAT IS NOT ME. @WWE is trying to fix the situation now Thanks, have a blessed day♥️ which also means, do not be fooled & DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THEY ARE TRYING TO SELL!!”
This is not the first time such an incident happened with someone related to WWE, as Kelly Kelly also recently revealed that her Facebook account was compromised after a hacking incident. On top of that, even Asuka has also been dealing with hackers targeting her social media accounts.
As WWE Superstars gain more attention on social media, they become prime targets for hackers. That’s why and are reminded to stay cautious and avoid engaging with suspicious accounts or offers. This situation also raises concerns about how much can be done to protect high-profile names from these types of incidents, since it seems to be happening more often lately.
