TNA Wrestling began 2025 with the Genesis pay-per-view at the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland, Texas. There were titles on the line throughout the whole show, including the company’s tag team titles.

The TNA World Tag Team Championship match featured The Hardys against The Rascalz. This match received extra attention as NXT Tag Team Champions Fraxiom made their way to ringside for a closer look at the contest.

The two teams had a lot on the line, and the Hardys wanted to retain their titles at any cost. That being said, there were plenty of near falls and close calls throughout the closing portion of the match. The Rascalz were able to kick out after all of the Hardys’ signature moves, including a couple Twists of Fate.

Jeff Hardy nailed a Swanton Bomb on Trey Miguel in the end, and they retained the titles. This was a big win for the Hardys, as they raised their titles in the ring as the Texas fans gave them a huge ovation.

The Hardys are one of the most decorated tag teams on the planet, and they are shoo-in Hall of Famers. As they approach the end of their careers, they are still working with younger teams, many of which they inspired by their trailblazing careers.
