WWE and TNA Wrestling have announced a multi-year partnership that will allow NXT talent and TNA stars to appear on each other’s programming. This collaboration is set to bring more crossover moments, and tonight’s Genesis pay-per-view was a great time to flex that new deal.

TNA Wrestling kicked off 2025 with the Genesis pay-per-view at the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland, Texas. The event may hold unexpected moments, making it a must-watch for both TNA and WWE fans as the partnership unfolds.

It was reported that NXT names were expected for the TNA Genesis event. That expectation did not disappoint at all. The NXT Tag Team Champions wanted a front row seat to a match that really interested them.

Nathan Frazer and Axiom made their way to the ring during the TNA Tag Team Title match at Genesis. The Hardy and The Rascalz put it all on the line, and Fraxiom got a ringside view as they brought chairs to the ring and sat down. Later on in the match, the two got involved as the Rascalz jumped on them. That set up an NXT Tag Team Title match for this Thursday’s TNA show.
