Roman Reigns has been on an absolute tear since returning to WWE programming last year at SummerSlam, as he remains a huge draw for the company. That’s precisely why it’s not a surprise he dominated merchandise sales for December 2024.
According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the top ten estimated merchandise items for December 2024 show off some of WWE’s biggest stars. At the top of the list is Roman Reigns’ OTC T-shirt, followed by John Cena’s Farewell Tour T-shirt, which saw a strong demand as fans celebrated his legendary career. Reigns also secured the third spot with his OTC hoodie, showing his absolute dominance in merchandise sales.
CM Punk’s Best in the World T-shirt ranked fourth, reflecting the continued excitement surrounding his WWE return. Cody Rhodes’ American Nightmare hoodie rounded out the top five, as his popularity remains high.
This year has already gone off to a good start for The Tribal Chief as he defeated Solo Sikoa during WWE RAW’s Netflix debut on January 6. We’ll have to see whether 2025 will turn out to be a better year for Reigns, as it’s clear he is in high demand more than ever before.
