AJ Francis has worked hard to become a household name in TNA Wrestling but he also remains a big part of the independent circuit. AJ Francis remains a heat magnet and has now denied accusations that he paid for fan reactions during his Reality of Wrestling appearance.

While speaking to Gabby AF, AJ Francis addressed the viral video of his appearance at Reality of Wrestling, responding to claims that he had paid for the enthusiastic reaction he received. Francis denied paying any fan for the big reactions he got and simply stated that the fans were just happy to see him.

Francis explained that false stories spread fast because people keep repeating them, and soon, millions believe them. He thinks some people just want to hate on him and he doesn’t let it bother him. Whether people like him or not, he still gets paid at the end of the day.

“Like, when the video went viral of me showing up at Reality of Wrestling, there were actually people who genuinely believed that I paid that man to react that way. I was gonna talk to you about that because that’s actually insane. My boy was just excited to see me—like, do you run his bank accounts? I ain’t never paid that man nothing.

But it’s so wild because people know that just saying something like that will make others within the echo chamber repeat the foolishness. And before you know it, two million people have seen it, you know what I’m saying? And it’s really just because they want to hate on me.”

And that’s fine. You can hate on me. The day you hate me and the day you don’t hate me—both days, I get paid. So I don’t really care.”

AJ Francis continues to be a heat magnet in professional wrestling, whether in TNA or on the independent circuit. His ability to draw reactions makes him a polarizing figure. As his career moves forward, both fans and critics will be watching closely, but he has made it clear that their opinions don’t bother him.
