Chelsea Green has become a big star in WWE’s women’s division, and many fans are supporting her after seeing her overcome so many hurdles on the main roster. However, Green has now revealed why she feels uncomfortable with the positive reactions she’s been getting from fans.

While speaking on the Huge Pop interview, Chelsea Green was asked whether she finds it challenging to get booed by fans now since she is always receiving cheers from fans instead.

Green admitted this makes her feel uncomfortable because she feels bad for her opponents, who are supposed to be the babyfaces. She explained that when she was a babyface, she wouldn’t want to be in that situation at all. To fix this, Chelsea talked to WWE writers about ways to make the fans turn against her, so her opponents could get the right reaction.

“I actually, I feel worse for my opponent. It’s not necessarily about me, it’s about my opponent not getting the reaction that they deserve as a babyface. That makes me feel uncomfortable because as a former babyface I wouldn’t wanna be in that position. So, that’s where I struggle and that’s where I’ve kinda spoken to the writers, how can we write some things that will rub maybe the crowd the wrong way, and we can turn this in our favor.”

In the meantime, Chelsea Green has also dared Nikki and Brie Bella to come after her Women’s United States Championship in the future. Regardless, fans will continue to cheer Green no matter what and that’s unlikely to change anytime soon, so perhaps WWE will eventually just turn Green into a babyface as fans feel that is the next logical step.

What do you think about Chelsea Green’s struggle with getting cheered as a heel? How should WWE address this situation? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!
