Oba acknowledges Trick Williams’ hard work with the title but asserts that Trick, like everyone else in the locker room, had a ceiling—while Oba’s potential is limitless. Turning his attention to Eddy Thorpe, Oba calls him a “rat and deceiver,” comparing him to gum stuck on a shoe—persistent and annoying. He issues a final warning for Eddy to focus elsewhere.

He turns to Dante, dismissively telling him, “It doesn’t matter what you did.” Ethan then claims he can sense jealousy in the locker room.

Dante fires back, denying anyone is jealous and pointing out that no one wants Ethan around after what he did to Je’Von and Cedric Alexander. Ethan smirks and asks if it’s the damage he did to Je’Von’s jaw, the fact Je’Von can’t eat solid food, or simply not wanting to hear him talk anymore. His mocking tone hangs heavy as the tension builds.
