The WWE NXT crew has been impacted by Hurricane Milton, which is causing significant disruptions in Florida. After holding their NXT TV show in St. Louis, many of the talent members found themselves stranded due to the Orlando International Airport being shut down. This comes shortly after Hurricane Helene, a devastating storm that left considerable damage across multiple states, including Florida.

Hurricane Milton is expected to hit Florida’s west coast with winds up to 165 mph, causing evacuations and significant disruptions. In light of the storm, President Joe Biden emphasized the severity of the situation, urging people in Florida to evacuate, stating it was a matter of “life and death.”

According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, many NXT talent members are now stuck in St. Louis for several days, as flights into Orlando are canceled due to the hurricane. Meltzer noted that this situation was largely unforeseen, but the airport closure will persist for a while as the storm continues to cause problems.

The NXT stars will have to adjust their schedules while monitoring the situation in Florida, which is bracing for the hurricane’s landfall.
