Charlotte Flair, a dominant force in the WWE women’s division for over a decade, faced a significant setback in December 2023 when she suffered serious knee injury during her match with Asuka. Since then, Flair has been diligently working towards recovery and recently shared a promising update on her progress via social media.

In her post, Charlotte revealed, “Today, was my first biodex (isokinetic training) test! I needed to be in the 40 percent or less deficit for strength compared to my non-surgical leg…..I had 20 percent or less quad strength and in some of the measurements I was stronger in my surgical leg…I MISS YOU GUYS & can’t wait to lace my boots again!”

During her hiatus from WWE, Charlotte Flair also excited fans by announcing her involvement in an indie project titled “You Lose You Die,” offering a first look from the movie which garnered significant attention.
