Maryse Moved by Brandi Rhodes After Endometriosis Diagnosis

Earlier this year, former WWE Divas Champion Maryse bravely shared that she had been diagnosed with pre-cancerous condition and she ultimately defeated the condition known as Serous Borderline Tumors. Brandi Rhodes drew inspiration from Maryse and decided to get surgery after her Endometriosis diagnosis and now Maryse has reacted to Rhodes.

Earlier this week, Brandi Rhodes shared a heartfelt post detailing her recent diagnosis of endometriosis. In her message, she expressed the feelings of helplessness she experienced after consulting with multiple doctors. However, her perspective shifted when she learned about Maryse’s health struggles.

Maryse, aged 41, underwent a hysterectomy to address pre-cancerous tumors in her body. Rhodes revealed that witnessing Maryse’s journey inspired her to persist until she finally received a diagnosis for her own health issues.

Following Rhodes’ post, Maryse responded on her Instagram story. She stated being moved to tears by Rhodes’ message and deeply touched by the encouragement it provided.

“Literal tears in my eyes right now. There was a nervousness and a vulnerability from sharing intimate details about my health but I knew it was the right thing to do, even if it was to help just one person. I’ve heard many similar stories of women who have felt ignored by their doctors and @thebrandirhodes is amongst them. I am touched that my post reached her and encouraged her to advocate for her health and encourage every woman to keep advocating for yours. If you don’t like the answer, look elsewhere until you feel you are being heard.”

It is certainly great to see such solidarity between the two women in the world of professional wrestling, as both of them have shed light on serious conditions that deserve more attention in the world.
