Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows came back to WWE in 2022, but their progress has been hindered by a series of injuries. Despite these setbacks, they have made a strong comeback and have been actively involved in NXT in recent months. This week, they attacked Nathan Frazer and Axiom on NXT, and following the brutal assault, they revealed their intentions moving forward.

In February, Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson began making regular appearances on NXT television, working with talents such as Tyriek Igwe & Tyson Dupont, Hank Walker & Tank Ledger, and more.

Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows made their intentions clear by attacking reigning champions Nathan Frazer and Axiom on the May 21 episode of NXT, then posing with the titles.

In an NXT Exclusive, Gallows and Anderson commented on their attack on Axiom and Frazer as they made it abundantly clear they will be beating Axiom and Nathan Frazer for the NXT Tag Team Championships.

Luke Gallows: ”Of course, Sarah. We are NXT. We came here to cleanse NXT of all these main-roster nerds, and that’s exactly what we’ve done. Nathan [Frazer], Axiom, [laughs] you boys better lace up tight, right, Machine Gun? We’re coming.”

Karl Anderson: ”We’re about to get in my big, huge truck, and we’re going home, and then we’re going to Las Vegas, and we’re gonna take the NXT Tag Team Championships.”

The OC also envision themselves as WWE lifers, so we will have to wait and see whether they will end up defeating Axiom and Nathan Frazer to become the new NXT Tag Team Champions.
