Shayna Baszler Vows to Teach Lola Vice A Lesson After Shocking Betrayal on 5/21 WWE NXT

Shayna Baszler is celebrated as one of WWE’s most ruthless and formidable in-ring competitors. Being part of WWE, she has already accomplished a lot in the company and is looking to get some payback on Lola Vice after NXT this week.

In recent weeks, Vice and Baszler formed an alliance, with Baszler helping Vice train for her NXT Underground match against Natalya. This collaboration led to Vice’s victory over Natalya at NXT Spring Breakin’, thanks to Baszler’s crucial assistance. Their partnership continued as they took on Natalya and Karmen Petrovic together.

However, on the May 21 episode of WWE NXT, their alliance came to dramatic end. In the main event, Baszler and Vice faced Natalya and Petrovic, who won with a Hart Attack. After the match, Vice betrayed Baszler, but was quickly subdued by Baszler’s Kirifuda Clutch as she tried to walk away. The intense brawl that followed prompted NXT General Manager Ava to announce a match between them at NXT Battleground.

In an NXT Exclusive, Shayna Baszler commented on Lola Vice betraying her as she made it clear she cannot wait to teach the young WWE Superstar a lesson at NXT Battleground.

“What just happened is, I just came alive out there. See, Lola thinks she entered NXT Underground one day and became a badass. But that’s where I came up, and she’s about to learn a lesson in the only way you can learn. I can’t wait.”

Both Shayna Baszler and Lola Vice have a lot of experience in the world of MMA, so we will have to wait and see who will ultimately come out on top during the NXT Battleground Premium Live Event.
