WWE has hosted a bunch of international shows in the past few months and a lot more are still to come. The company recently went to France with WWE Backlash 2024 which turned out to be one of the most successful premium live events in history. They are now set to host WWE King & Queen of the Ring in Saudi Arabia this week.

Following this, WWE has a massive premium live event scheduled to take place in Glasgow, Scotland. This would mark the return of Drew McIntyre to his home country of Scotland, and must have some massive things planned for the PLE.

Speaking to PWInsiderElite, McIntyre addressed his match against Damian Priest for the World Heavyweight Championship. Though there is no date confirmed for the match, McIntyre stated that his dream scenario was to face Priest in Scotland and win the title, having the ultimate moment with the championship.

“I would like to have that title match if he’s still the champion in Scotland and finally having that moment with the title and actually keep the title. I could never imagined it could potentially be in Glasgow so that’s my dream scenario.”

With Clash At The Castle set to be hosted on June 15, McIntyre vs Priest being confirmed for the PLE is quite a possibility. It would be interesting to see how WWE builds up a feud between both men ahead of their match.
