According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, sources within Fanatics have revealed that Rhodes was the only wrestler to make it into the top 10 overall sellers list for April. This list includes all sports and merchandise sold by Fanatics, highlighting Rhodes’ significant marketability.

As revealed by sources close to Fanatics, who partnered with WWE for WrestleMania festivities, for the month of April, Cody Rhodes was the only WWE Superstar to hit the top 10 overall sellers list, based on an internal list a few weeks ago. This crosses over and includes all sports and items that Fanatics sells, which covers some heavy ground.

The American Nightmare took time to acknowledge the news, indeed confirming his accolade via his X, and felt honored and privileged to join an elite list of athletes such as the likes of Basketball legend, Michael Jordan.

“I’m a lucky man. To be the first wrestler ever to hit this list since our partnership, fills my heart up! Seeing names like MJ in the same scroll as you is quite beautiful and a sign of where rasslin’ is at today! ♥️”
