WWE Hall of Famer Teddy Long remains one of the most beloved figures in the history of the company. He knows how much the company has changed since Triple H took over and has now revealed just how much morale has improved backstage.

Vince McMahon was hit with serious allegations of sexual trafficking and misconduct from ex-WWE employee Janel Grant, which ultimately led to him resigning from WWE and TKO Holdings. The lack of Vince McMahon’s presence in WWE has certainly been felt in a big way.

While speaking on Sportskeeda WrestleBinge, Teddy Long talked about the backstage morale in WWE as of late. He noted that everyone in WWE was in a good mood when he was there during this year’s Draft and noted that there have been positive changes all across the board.

“I think the morale, certainly, was there backstage. Everybody was in a good mood, everybody was enjoying themselves, everybody wanted to work. I count up a few changes that have taken place, and I think it’s for the good.

This is obviously a huge change compared to when Vince McMahon was around, as there was always negative backstage morale back then. Regardless, fans are currently in the Triple H era in WWE and that’s what matters to them.
