Bryan Danielson’s performance at AEW Dynasty was outstanding, but it led to him being on hiatus for a while. Danielson returned on AEW Dynamite this week and he then got repeatedly chopped by Eddie Kingston after the show concluded.

On AEW Dynamite this week, Kenny Omega announced a massive 4-on-4 Anarchy In The Arena tag team match for AEW Double or Nothing, featuring The Elite against Team AEW, made up of Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler. Omega teased that the remaining two members of Team AEW would be revealed later in the show.

In the closing segment, The Elite entered the ring to confirm the match and expressed doubt that FTR could find suitable partners. However, Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler interrupted to reveal their new teammates: Eddie Kingston and Bryan Danielson, who then joined FTR on stage.

After this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite went off the air, Bryan Danielson requested Eddie Kingston to chop him repeatedly just so that fans in attendance could see Danielson do something physical.
