Kevin Kelly, known for his significant contributions to wrestling promotions such as WWE, Ring of Honor, and New Japan Pro-Wrestling, recently became embroiled in controversy following reports of his firing due to rant earlier last month. Surprisingly, he plans on taking legal action following his firing now.

Speculation arose regarding Kevin Kelly’s absence following his return to AEW, a move that garnered mixed reactions from fans. Tensions escalated when Kelly publicly criticized Ian Riccaboni ahead of the AEW Revolution pay-per-view, accusing him of defamation and emphasizing his importance within the company.

But the idea of what I bring to the table is lost there because Ian libeled me. So I sit on the bench, valued by my peers, waiting to get my number called.

It was then reported that Kevin Kelly’s absence was tied to legal matter as well and Kelly is now doing other pro wrestling related work now that he is no longer with AEW.

Kevin Kelly took to Twitter recently and made it very clear that Ian Riccaboni turned on him and then stated that he would take legal action against him.

”Thats what Ian Riccaboni did to me. Can’t wait for it all to come out in court soon.

As soon as my lawyer gets going. Two of them, actually. Lawyers. I never had a lawyer before, let alone two. @TheJimCornette”

Tony Khan also never acknowledged Kevin Kelly’s AEW departure. Nonetheless, we will have to wait and see how Kevin Kelly will try to deal with Ian Riccaboni in the end.
