Bianca Belair is certainly one of the top female Superstars in WWE who has seen incredible highs over the years. She was also the first draft pick on SmackDown this week and has now bragged about the same.

On the opening night of the 2024 WWE Draft, SmackDown made significant choice by selecting Bianca Belair as the first overall pick. The night continued with an exciting announcement by Kayla Braxton: Belair and Jade Cargill would challenge the Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane) for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship at WWE Backlash.

In a SmackDown Exclusive, Bianca Belair shared her thoughts on being the first overall pick in the 2024 WWE Draft. When asked how it felt, she said it felt amazing and bragged about the accomplishment.

“It feels amazing. I always felt like SmackDown was a home to me. The very first place where I won my very first title, a lot of history here. But you heard it, Bianca Belair, number one draft pick, one of one, number one, the only one, Bianca Belair.”

Byron Saxton brought up that Jade Cargill had not yet been drafted, raising the question of whether Bianca Belair was concerned about Cargill potentially getting drafted to a different brand. Belair responded that there was concern about Cargill being drafted to a different brand and hoped Cargill would be drafted to Friday Night SmackDown.

“There is. That’s what’s so exciting, but also nerve-wracking about the draft. There’s so many possibilities. I really do hope that Jade gets drafted to SmackDown because everybody knows how much power that we have. If she doesn’t, it’s gonna be the shortest-lived tag team. We’re gonna into the draft, out of the draft as tag team champions, but we’ll just have to see what happens. I really hope that she gets drafted to SmackDown because everybody knows the power that we have. So let’s just manifest that.”

We will have to wait and see whether Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill will end up becoming the new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, as fans would certainly love to see that happen as well.
