The trajectory of Bo Dallas’s tenure with WWE has become clouded with uncertainty, especially following his stint as the character “Uncle Howdy” alongside his brother Bray Wyatt. Unfortunately, this portrayal was abruptly halted due to Wyatt’s tragic passing in 2022, leaving Dallas’s future in the wrestling world uncertain.

Peacock recently unveiled the documentary “Bray Wyatt: Becoming Immortal,” delving into the remarkable journey of Wyatt’s wrestling career. The film featured insightful interviews with wrestling luminaries such as Hulk Hogan, John Cena, Becky Lynch, Triple H, and Wyatt’s real-life sibling, Bo Dallas.

Concluding with an enigmatic teaser, the documentary left viewers intrigued. As the camera zoomed out from Wyatt’s iconic lantern, a voice echoed the familiar phrase “run,” synonymous with Wyatt’s WWE persona. This moment was punctuated by the emergence of a shadowy figure, strongly suggesting a potential comeback for Bo Dallas. The documentary even tantalized fans with an Uncle Howdy reference during WWE World.

The company has continued to drop more Uncle Howdy teases over the past few weeks. While speaking on his Story Time With Dutch Mantell podcast, Mantell noted that bringing back Bo Dallas would backfire in WWE’s faces in a big way.

“Well, he [Bo Dallas] needs help; he needs a lot of it. And this could backfire in their faces big time. It has to be done, I’m sure in a certain way, but I don’t have an idea for it all. I know they are looking to pay homage to Bray, but, that might be a bigger task than they think. So, we’ll see what they do; I’l judge it only at the end.”

Ringside News exclusively reported on Bo Dallas’s status in WWE. Despite this, fans will have to wait to see WWE’s plans for Uncle Howdy, as it appears likely that he will return to WWE television.
