Outcome for Investigation of Drew Gulak’s Accusations by Ronda Rousey Revealed

The infamous controversy surrounding WWE NXT star Drew Gulak’s absence from WWE television has escalated due to allegations made against him by former WWE superstar, Ronda Rousey.

The Baddest Woman on the Planet accused Gulak of inappropriate behavior, alleging that he grabbed the string of her sweatpants without her consent while she was waiting to talk to Triple H in the writer’s room. These allegations led to Gulak being notably absent from WWE television, with reports even suggesting that his WWE career could be in serious jeopardy.

While it was uncertain whether Gulak had been fired, there was a belief within the company that it was likely to happen. However, Dave Meltzer on the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio noted that the entire investigation on Drew Gulak did not come back with any concrete results after speaking with multiple personnel and considering his previous record.

However, the controversy gained immense negative publicity for the company that Drew Gulak had to be taken off WWE television programming, citing his recent absence from their developmental show, NXT.

“There was an investigation and some took it from the results that they saw Rousey’s account as more credible than Gulak’s defense. Although we were told the investigation didn’t come back with anything solid either way. He positioned it as an accident. She didn’t accept that version of the story. We were told that others interviewed really had nothing definitive to say either way. Gulak had no previous incidents or reports of bad conduct. However, the publicity was such that he was taken off television immediately since he’d be a lightning rod for bad publicity being on television right now given the story she told.”

Despite Gulak’s best efforts to defend himself against Ronda’s accusations and with the investigation reportedly coming to its conclusion, only time will tell whether Drew Gulak will ultimately be fired from WWE or not.
