Liv Morgan had vowed to make Rhea Ripley pay for taking six months off her career as part of her ‘Liv Morgan Revenge Tour’ and she did just that in the most unthinkable manner that no one saw it coming.

Following her successful title defense against Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 40, Rhea Ripley was assaulted backstage by Liv Morgan on the following RAW. Liv showed her Rhea right into the wall leading to her AC joint sprain injury.

Mami arrived on last night’s edition of Monday Night RAW to deliver the unfortunate news and vacated the WWE Women’s World Championship on her 380th day before proclaiming that there will be hell to pay once she heals up and makes her return to the squared circle.

Regarding the individual behind Rhea Ripley’s dethronement, Liv Morgan, as per a Fightful Select, there appears to be no animosity directed towards the former SmackDown Women’s Champion for the injury that has kept The Eradicator out of action for nearly six months.

“As mentioned, there’s no heat on Liv Morgan for the Rhea Ripley injury. It happened when she went into the wall last week.”

Furthermore, WWE also announced on the same show that a new WWE Women’s World Champion will be crowned on RAW next week. With no details regarding the competitors or the match for now, it will be interesting to see which WWE superstar will step up to fill the gap left by Rhea Ripley’s unfortunate injury.
