The Rock was on an impressive run since his return to WWE earlier this year, with his heel persona receiving acclaim as one of the best of his career. Though he is currently taking a break from WWE, The Rock remains active with other projects. He has confirmed that he is aiming for a return at WrestleMania 41.

In an Instagram video, The Rock mentioned that his body was sore, but he considered it a victory that he remained uninjured after the 45-minute match. He added that he had spent a week recovering after his major tag team match on WrestleMania Night One.

The Rock discussed the intense conditioning and 12-month training camp he underwent to prepare for WrestleMania and face opponents like Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and Cody Rhodes. He also congratulated Cody Rhodes and hinted that upon his return, he would challenge Rhodes and make him bleed.

“Congratulations to Cody Rhodes, the new Universal Champion. As I said, when The Final Boss returns, he’s coming back for you. Make you bleed again, boy.”

The Rock would then make it quite clear that he is eying for a return to the company at WrestleMania 41, which is obviously a long time away.

“Now my sights are set on the next WrestleMania. But that’s down the road. A conversation down the road.”

We will have to wait and see what WWE will have planned for The Great One once he does return for WrestleMania 41 next year, as fans would love to see him back in action.
