According to Cagematch, this included Shelton Benjamin making his in-ring return to the independent circuit, who squared off against Tommy Knight. Naturally, Benjamin was victorious over Tommy Knight.

Shelton Benjamin has also addressed making his way to AEW. Nevertheless, Benjamin has a lot of things to look forward to as he is clearly going to make the best use of his time as a free agent.
