Friday Night SmackDown is still WWE’s top show, drawing a large weekly audience. The latest ratings for the April 12th, 2024 episode have been disclosed, sparking discussions as usual.

According to Alfred Konuwa, the April 12th edition of Friday Night SmackDown has garnered a viewership of 2.357 million viewers, which is the same compared to last week’s show. The show also got a 925,000 in the 18-49 key demographic, which is an increase compared to last week’s 0.77 rating.

This week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown was the first episode after WrestleMania 40 and it was certainly an eventful one, as Tama Tonga made his WWE debut and kicked out Jimmy Uso from The Bloodline. AJ Styles and LA Knight also qualified for the #1 Contender’s spot for Cody Rhodes’ Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.

We will have to wait and see whether next week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown will perform better when it comes to ratings as well.
